• Preparation: DNA is extracted from T4 phage purified by a CsCl-density gradient centrifugation from T4 phage-dC (+) infected E. coli MC 1061
• Solution in 10 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH 7.9) and 1 mmol/L EDTA
• Concentration: 0.2 ~ 0.5 ug/uL
• Purity: A₂₆₀/ A₂₈₀ = approx. 1.8
• Note: DNA contains cytosine in place of Hydroxymethyl cytosine.
