PLTGold-GI Clinical Grade

PLTGold-GI Clinical Grade consist of human platelet lysate (hPL), a cell culture supplement that is a superior alternative to fetal bovine serum (FBS).

• Derived from normal human donor platelets collected at U.S. blood centers
• Reduces supplementation (5% or less supplementation compared to 10% or more FBS and Human AB Serum)
• Cell culture supplements that are animal serum-free and xeno-free
• Increases cell growth kinetics and enhances genetic stability in MSC cultures
• For additional use in endothelial cells, T cells, NK cells, tumor cells, iPSCs, and more
• Treated with gamma irradiation (GI) for pathogen reduction in a process that maintains product quality, efficiency, and improved safety profile for cell-based therapies
• Proprietary manufacture for PLTGold production allows for an unfractionated and clot free product that does not contain or require heparin and is not fibrinogen-depleted
