MagCapture microRNA Isolation Kit, Human Ago2

This kit utilizes immunoprecipitation methods using an anti human Ago2 antibody to easily prepare Ago2-bound microRNAs and their target mRNAs from human cells and tissue samples. In addition, Ago2-bound microRNAs present in the extracellular fluid such as plasma, serum, and cell culture supernatant samples can be also prepared in the same way.
