ISolate Stock is a 90% density gradient medium used for single layer sperm separation or as the lower layer of a customized gradient developed by the end user based on the semen quality. As one of the most cited density gradient sperm separation media, ISolate Stock is the ideal medium for laboratories that prefer single layer separation or more control over their sperm yields.
