This is selective inhibitor of TGF-βsuperfamily type I , activin like kinase (ALK). It inhibits ALK4, 5, 7.
This has been reported to stimulate proliferation, differentiation, and sheet formation of ES cell-derived endothelial cells.
The use of this product with thiazovivin/PD0325901 has been reported to improve reprogramming efficiency by more than 200 times while accelerating the reprogramming speed.
