McCoy's Medium 5A - Liquid

McCoy's Medium 5A is a general medium for primary and established cell lines. It contains increased glucose, additional vitamins, high phosphate, and peptone.

With:

• 3000 mg/L Glucose
• 2200 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate

Without:

• L-Glutamine, add 7.51 mL/L (200mM)
