Ham's F-12/DME High Glucose 1:1 Mixture - Liquid

Ham's F-12/DME High Glucose 1:1 Mixture is a 1:1 mixture of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's medium (DME, DMEM) and Ham's F12 media, which is useful with serum supplements for a variety of cell culture applications.

With:

• 3151 mg/L Glucose
• 1200 mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate

Without:

• Linoleic Acid
• L-Glutamine - add 12.5 mL/L (200mM)
