DME High Glucose w/o L-Glutamine - Liquid

Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's medium (DME, DMEM) is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) and contains a fourfold increase of amino acids, vitamins, and nutrients to provide support for a wide variety of cell lines.

With:

• 4500mg/L Glucose
• 3700mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate
• Phenol Red

Without:

• L-Glutamine - add 20 mL/L (200mM)
• Sodium Pyruvate
