Arctic Sperm Cryopreservation Medium is a TYB-free, dual-buffered medium designed to be effective at a low 3:1 ratio of semen to medium.
Reduce costs:
- Use 60% less medium per application compared to the 1:1 ratio required by most freezing media
- Fit more volume of specimen per straw or cryovials
- Small volume bottles reduce waste with the help of 1 week open-close shelf-life
Improve performance from all quality of sperm:
- Maintain semen function and DNA integrity with help of antioxidants and key amino acids
- Minimize dilution of poor quality semen samples by using less medium
- Dual buffer system of HEPES and MOPS maintains a stable environment while on the benchtop
