Anti PA tag, Rat Monoclonal Antibody, Peroxidase Conjugated is antibody conjugated horse radish peroxidase to Anti PA tag, Monoclonal Antibody.
This monoclonal antibody enables the detection of PA tagged fusion proteins. However, the antibody may provide some background signals in the human glioblastoma cell line, LN319, which express human podoplanin at a high level.
The absence of cross-reactivity has been confirmed in the cell lines of mice, rats, hamsters, and dogs.
