Argonaute3 (Ago3) is a protein that carries the guide molecule, microRNAs, to target mRNAs in the RNAi pathway, and was identified as one of the Argonaute family that is a major component of RISC (RNA Induced Silencing Complex) with translation-inhibiting activity.
This product can be used for the isolation of mouse Ago3 protein and its associated microRNAs through immunoprecipitation.
