Monoclonal Anti Ago1 (Argonaute 1) antibody is produced by hybridoma clone 1F2, established by fusing mouse myeloma cells P3U1 and lymphocytes of BALB/c mice immunized with synthetic partial peptides of Ago1 protein which was coupled with bovine thyroglobulin (BTG).
This antibody was purified from mouse ascites.
